首頁/必看/貴哥上菜之酥炸蘿蔔糕 貴哥上菜之酥炸蘿蔔糕shin9 4 月, 2021必看1 則留言 ☑️材料:蘿蔔糕600g/蛋黃1顆/水150cc ☑️調味料:辣椒醬半茶匙/蠔油半茶匙/糖半茶匙 👨🍳做法: 1.將蘿蔔糕切成兩公分方塊狀備用。 2.蛋黃與水放入大碗中攪拌均勻,加入調味料再次攪拌均勻成濃稠狀備用。 3.將作法1均勻沾上做法2後,放入120度的熱油中,以小火炸至表面金黃,撈出瀝乾油份,再灑上少許胡椒粉跟玫瑰鹽,即可品嚐金黃香噴的酥炸蘿蔔糕。
